A little stress can be a good thing, so we are told, but what happens when we have too much of a ‘good thing’? Stress can affect our health and is often referred to as the ‘20th Century disease’. What can we do to get the best from stress and keep ourselves healthy?
Why attend the Stress from Stress workshop?
Stress causes our bodies to react and hold the stress trapped inside us. If we don’t release the stress it is stored inside us waiting to cause a problem in later life. Attending the workshop can assist us to find ways of letting the stress out in a manner controlled by ourselves, and allow us to live a more relaxed, enjoyable life.

You will learn the effect of stress on the body - What causes stress and how our body reacts? The workshop provides you with a tool bag of skills to deal with stress and how to minimise the effects of it. You will not only learn skills in retaining control at work but also how to deal with difficult situations in a less stressful way . Such skills include being able to say no, and how to deal with difficult people.
