Counselling Process

New to Counselling ?

In the first counselling session you have you will :-

Complete the registration process
Be introduced to your counsellor
Discuss how you will work together.
Discuss what confidentiality is and what it means
Have an aooportunity to ask any other questions about counselling
Counselling sessions are 50 minutes long.
